During our trip in Mexico where we stayed in 7 different hotels, we were accommodated at this lovely hotel with a beautiful ocean view, which was awesome. The service was amazing, friendly, professional, and polite, and everyone was very concerned for our happiness. The location is great, close to shops and services, with a short walk to shopping malls and restaurants. The dining experience was my favorite meal of the day, beyond expectations with a lot of varieties of cuisines. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was like something from the movies with a lovely balcony offering a beautiful ocean view. However, the room wasn't ready for over 30 minutes. The service was top-notch with extremely friendly and helpful staff, notably Enrique and Eddy. The location was really convenient, close to shopping areas and the beach.
